Refund policy

 

We offer a 28 day returns policy on all non personalised goods. Returns are at customers own cost and we advise using a tracked and signed for service. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without any damage, stickers or tape on.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you want to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund on any non-cancellable item, please contact us or email info@limetreelondon.com. Please note that items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help resolve the issue. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards and personalised items cannot be returned as these are made to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item as we are unable to offer exchanges.


Refunds
We will notify you within 5 working days once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take-up time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
